We can advise on your business model and your operations, and we guide you in making changes that will help you serve more customers, more easily, with more profit.

1. Assessment

Comprehensive deep-dive into all aspects of current business operations, policies & procedures. Summarized in report utilizing org charts, process maps, etc identifying issues, root causes & opportunities.

[As your business grows, it often outgrows the way you used to do things – whether that’s recruiting and hiring, tracking sales and other financial data, capturing and using marketing information effectively, serving your customers, or any other aspect of your operations. We help you evaluate each area of your business and identify improvements that will help you and your staff operate smoothly and efficiently. We can also help you implement the changes you’ll need to make, to give you a jumpstart for your next stage of growth.]

At the end of the Assessment, Dunathan Consulting will present a final report and answer your questions.  If desired, we can continue to provide COO services to develop step 2, a Roadmap for implementation of the recommendations made in the report. Or you may want to  XYZ. hourly, partial roadmap, etc…
