    We’ll set up regular weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions to discuss the decisions you’re facing as your business grows.

  • Guidance to transform your business

    I work with you and your key staff to identify what’s preventing the business from growing smoothly and profitably. Then I suggest solutions that fit with the culture of the business, are practical to implement, and will deliver more productivity.

    Together, we’ll develop a plan to make operational changes with as little disruption as possible. If needed, I can guide the implementation process as well.

    Most of my clients are subject-matter experts who founded a business based on their industry expertise. They have successfully grown their business past the initial stages and now need help taking it to the next level.

    Are you open to changing the way your business operates?

    My clients usually hire me once they’ve tried all the easy solutions. They know that the changes I recommend might feel uncomfortable at first, but they’re ready to try something new.

  • I’ll interview you and your staff to begin assessing operational strengths and weaknesses that affect your capacity to serve customers well - and ultimately your profitability. I look for areas where processes and systems are less efficient or effective than they could be. I review the information each person needs to do their job well, and how it flows through the organization. I look for opportunities to make the most of your existing staff. And I also keep an eye out for potential risks.

    Once I’ve done my initial assessment, I review my findings and recommendations with you to prioritize changes and discuss options for implementation. You’ll be informed and in control during the whole process.

  • We’ll agree on a regular day and time to meet, typically for an hour per session, on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly schedule. You’ll bring the topics you want to discuss, and I’ll listen, ask questions, and give you feedback, advice, and ideas.

  • No problem! I’ll do an initial assessment. Then we’ll review the results and discuss the areas to focus on.

  • I can help with a wide variety of projects that involve changes to your operations. Set up a time for us to talk about your situation. Once we’ve discussed your needs, I’ll propose a customized scope of work for your project.

  • I can provide regular advice and guidance as you work through a project yourself. In this situation, we typically start out with a few intensive meetings to get things going. Then we’ll settle into a regular schedule, meeting every one to two weeks to review progress and strategize on your next steps.
